Jason is a lifelong resident of the South Bay, California, and a founding partner of the law firm Stone & Sallus LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona and earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. Jason is licensed to practice law in the State of California and before the United States District Court.
With a legal practice focused on Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning, Jason provides strategic counsel to middle-market companies, emerging growth businesses, and individual clients. His work is rooted in practical problem-solving and a strong commitment to client advocacy. He has successfully represented clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and transactional matters.
Jason’s dedication to public service earned him the “Public Service Distinction” award from the State Bar of California for his work with public interest organizations. His background includes serving as a clerk for a Judge in the Superior Court of California and working with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. He also spent time in Washington, D.C., where he served as a staff member for a United States Congressman, contributing to legal research, hearings, and legislative drafting.
An active member of the legal community, Jason is a barrister in the Benjamin Aranda III, American Inns of Court, and belongs to both the South Bay Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He regularly contributes to legal education, having co-authored CLE articles for the State Bar’s Estate Planning Section and lectured at Southwestern Law School and various legal forums on corporate compliance, real estate disputes, and constitutional law.
