Adam’s practice primarily focuses on Child Protection Services (CPS) and family law matters, including protection and restraining orders, divorce, legal separation, parentage and paternity issues, custody and visitation disputes, property division, child support, spousal maintenance, parenting plan modifications, child support adjustments, post-decree enforcement, and contempt proceedings.
With specialized expertise in administrative and family law cases involving Child Protective Services and the Department of Social and Health Services, Adam handles dependency cases, At-Risk Youth and Child in Need of Services proceedings, as well as CPS investigations and administrative hearings related to allegations of abuse or neglect.
